Jonathan Carlson is a dedicated family man and seasoned professional in foundation work, having spent the past decade ensuring sturdy structures and stable foundations. Married to his beautiful wife Kelli of 16 years, they share the joys of raising their three children: Grace, Larke, and Jase. Beyond his career and family, Jonathan finds solace in the outdoors, indulging in activities like Jeeping, hiking, and camping. These adventures not only rejuvenate his spirit but also provide cherished moments of bonding with loved ones. He strives to show others Jesus through his words and actions. Jonathan's life is a harmonious blend of hard work, love, and a deep appreciation for the nature.

Brandon Westgate

Youth Director, Rocky Mountain Conference of SDA

Brandon is married to Dawn and they have two adult children. Brandon graduated from Southwestern Adventist University with a degree in Theology in 2004. Since then, he has served as a pastor of two multi-church districts in Arkansas. Brandon also spent four years serving as Youth Director and Camp Director in the ARKLA Conference. His desire to be the best he can be includes a pursuit of knowledge so that he can utilize the best practices for ministry. In 2017 he completed his Masters in Pastoral Ministry. He brings to RMC an eagerness to inspire the young people of this conference to connect with God and each other. Brandon loves to socialize and is a big fan of mission trips and summer camp. He loves to cook and has a pet tortoise named Casanova. His motto is “God is for you” and he wants the youth to know it!

Jade Teal

Assistant Youth Director, Rocky MOUNTAIN CONFERENCE

Jade is who you want to talk to about anything summer camp session questions and young adult ministries

Jade Teal and her husband, Stefan, live in Ward with their three horses, two cats (Bucky and Sam), and dog (Luna). Jade graduated from Union College in 2021 with a degree in Religion and a minor in International Rescue and Relief. Since she was a teen, Jade has had a passion for youth and helping them develop their own relationship with Jesus as they navigate the challenges of today’s world. Most recently, she served as the associate pastor for the Colorado Springs Central Church before moving to this position in 2022. She has worked seasonally at several different Adventist camps over the years, and believes camp offers a unique opportunity for young people to grow spiritually and emotionally. In her free time, Jade enjoys spending time with her husband, her horse, and doing just about anything outdoors.
